At the Branchburg Recreation Department – “OUR WORK IS YOUR PLAY!!” Our goal is to provide the residents of Branchburg with the opportunity to participate in a diverse array of programs, trips and events in their leisure time. These activities are offered throughout the calendar year typically in winter, spring, summer and fall sessions. Detailed information on our current offerings and registration procedures can be found below. Information is also distributed through the school systems individual school websites, the local papers and Comcast channel 27 and FIOS channel 46.

The Branchburg Senior Citizens Club
resumed their meetings in September 2021!
November 11, Clubs 50th Anniversary Luncheon at Fox Hollow
November 18, Thanksgiving Luncheon - Club meeting room
December 16, Holiday Luncheon - Club meeting room
Seniors 55 and older are invited to share in the Branchburg Senior Citizens Club
activities, on Thursdays, at the Community Room at Whiton Hills,
Route 202 South, Building 10, Lower Level.
Branchburg Senior Citizen Club business meetings are held the first Thursday
of the month with sandwiches, cupcakes and coffee.
Social meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month with
"theme" luncheons celebrating: St. Patrick's Day, Baseball's Spring Training,
Halloween, Thanksgiving and the Holiday Season.
Other Thursdays (2nd & 4th of the month) are fun days for socializing with others in playing cards,
pool, doing puzzles, crafts etc. On fun days a light lunch is available at
a nominal cost. All other luncheon costs are included in the $15 yearly dues.
Off site events include a May/Spring luncheon, June & September Picnics
at White Oak Park and a December Holiday Day Trip.

They are available for all to enjoy, dawn to dusk!
through their Therapeutic Recreation Department,
offer a wide variety of recreation and leisure activities and programs
to residents with developmental disabilities.

Tennis & Basketball Courts **
All push button lights will run for 30 minutes and may be utilized between
Dusk and 10:00pm Memorial Day through Labor Day, and from
Dusk to 10:00pm Labor Day through Memorial Day.

The Somerville High School Tennis Team home courts
are at White Oak Park.
During their Fall (Girls) & Spring (Boys) seasons they practice
Monday thru Friday from 3:00 - 5:00pm.
