Community Flu Vaccine Clinic for Ages 5 thru Adult
Branchburg Township Health Department & Green Brook Family Medicine will be providing Flu vaccines for ages 5 years and older.  Senior Flu Vaccines will be available for those age 65 and older.
Date:  September 27, 2023
TIME: 3:00pm to 6:00pm
Location:  Branchburg Township Municipal Building 1077 US Route 202
No pre-registration is required.
No cost for the Flu vaccine for most insurance plans. Note, we are unable to accept HMO’s that require a doctor’s name on the card or Medicaid Insurance. 
At the Clinic:

1. Please bring all insurance cards to the clinic to determine eligibility.
2. Cash Price is $40.00
3. A parent/guardian is required to be present with children under the age of 18.
4. A provider from Green Brook Family Medicine will be available at the clinic to address any Influenza vaccine related questions.
