Be advised that the Township of Branchburg does not have a Social Services or Welfare Department.  If you required immediate housing, transitional housing or financial assistance please contact one of the following agencies:

The Township’s Affordable Housing programs is not for emergency situations or for those requiring financial help.  It is for established households that are in the low to moderate gross income ranges as set by the State of NJ Fair Housing Act.   

Units are not readily available and it can take up to 6 months or more before one may become available.

Rental and resale prices are not based on income they are set in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State of NJ Fair Housing Act.
