Be advised that the Township of Branchburg does not have a Social Services or Welfare department. If you required immediate housing or financial assistance please contact the Somerset County Board of Social Services at 908-526-8800. They have many resources to help with most situations. The Township’s Affordable Housing programs is not for emergency situations or for those requiring financial help. It is for established households that are in the low to moderate gross income ranges as set by the State of NJ Fair Housing Act.
Units are not readily available and it can take up to 6 months or more before a unit may become available.
